Warm.The front door does not stay open. I had a difficult trying to get my cart with my luggage on it into the building. I am 5' and 68 with medical conditions. There was nobody at the desk in the morning. The desk had a sign that said, Short of help. Desk open at 8. I had planned to get my breakfast bag and could not. The coffee in the pots near the office was Luke I am very happy with with the staff and the cleanliness .

What I liked the most was the silence that there is, compared to these hotels we have been in, Hilton Garden, Extended Stay America & Even Stay Bridge. Beds. More like the Hilton Garden. Breakfast. Well, each hotel has its own menu, in the other hotels there is a variety to choose from, although it is the same menu every day, but in these they have no other option. (Days Inn and Staybridge America)

it was cheaper than other hotels in town. large frig and stove in room. staff was friendly. bed was comfortable. nice bath tub. it was clean. had great vending machines- one even had microwave meals. breakfast was adequate.

Easy to find. Quiet area. Had stove, microwave, and frigerator for our convenience which was cheaper than the prices on the vending machines

Friendly staff. Clean room. Lots of electric outlets. Nice little breakfast. (Did I mention the friendly staff?)

No breakfast, the location was awesome i really enjoyed my stay.

Clean, quiet and friendly staff. Next time I am in Rochester for multiples days appointments, I will use Dsys

Nice to find a place that accepts pets. Everything was good for an overnight stay.
